- On your browser, in the address bar, enter specify the wallboard link provided by LiveVox (similar to https://client.livevox.com/qcsportal).
The Sign in window appears. - Enter Specify your logon ID user name and password, and then click Sign in.
Click the Dashboard tab.

Each panel display can be selected and dragged into a different configuration to change the order and layout of the real time reports. You can also select to change the number of panels in a column for upper, middle and lower areas. When you choose new Dashboard you can select from Personal, Shared and LiveVox. These dashboard types represent dashboards you only have access too (Personal), dashboards everyone can see (Shared) or system defined ones you can run or make a copy. One advantage of the LiveVox dashboards is you can copy the dashboard and then modify it to make it your own. This way you start out with a wide selection and then reduce to just the stats, services, call centers you are concerned with.
