LiveVox provides you with the necessary tools to obtain maximum efficiency from the LiveVox platform. This document describes the features and functionality of the LiveVox Communicator (LVC) 5.3 tool and explains how to use it.
Prerequisites
To be able to use LVC version 5.3, you must meet the following conditions:
- You are on NA3 and are Your site is in the NA3 environment and is being upgraded to U12 +or higher.
