 The Preferences window enables you to change update the audio devices and general options. LiveVox has disabled any option involving connection to the platform, which automatically updates as LiveVox updates your settings. You can, however, update the audio devices if you need to change headsets, microphones, and sound cards. You can also change the way LVC behaves on a local machine.

  • Audio Devices: Can be modified to reflect your audio requirements. From the menu, change audio devices , and enable/disable echo cancellation.
  • General Options: Enable nables you to change how LVC behaves. The following options are available:
    • Start Minimized
    • Minimize to tray
    • Minimize on close
    • Start LiveVox Communicator when you log in
    • Always on top
    • Show tip of the day (currently disabled)
    • Check for updates automatically
