When logging on to LVC, if you had selected the Remember my username and password or Log me automatically checkbox but would now like to disable it, perform the following steps:

  1. Exit LVC.

  2. Ensure that hidden files and folders are displayed:
    1. Go to Start > Control Panel > File Explorer Options > Show hidden files and folders.The File Explorer Options window appears.
    2. Select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives option.
    3. Clear the Hide extensions for known file types and Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) options.
    4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
  3. Access the Run app, and then open the Appdata folder.

  4. Go to Roaming > LiveVox-Communicator, and then delete the Config xml file.

  5. Restart LVC.

Installing TLS Certificate

LVC supports secure communication using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) over Transport Layer Security (TLS) and encrypted Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).  To To enable this feature, you will need to install the appropriate TLS certificate file provided to you by the LiveVox technical team.

Audio Wizard

The Audio Wizard is an automated audio set-up tool that will configure configures and test tests your Speakers speakers and Microphone settings. Camera configuration is not required.  Select microphone settings. To use this tool, in the Audio wizard window, select the correct device from the displayed list of devices, then select click Start the test, and then follow the instructions on that appear in the screen.  Once configured and testedwindow. Diagnostics

Report a Problem

This feature allows option enables you to easily report a problem that you may have experienced while using LVC.  Clicking Clicking this option will bring up displays the default mail client ready to send a report email to support@livevoxcustomercare@livevox.com.

 

Please note that issues should first be reported to your local IT department. When mailing sending an email to the LiveVox support team, please Customer Care Team, ensure that you provide a brief description of your actions before the LVC problem took placeoccurred.
