Non-VoiceWeb WidgetChatYou can now trigger chat-based invitations for your customers when they visit your website, based on any of the following variables: - Current URL visited by the customer.
- Time spent by the customer on your website.
- Time spent by the customer on the current page on your website.
- Referral URL (that is, the webpage address from where the customer clicked a link that directed them to your website).
Knowledge Base (KB)Your customers can now download the KB articles that appear as they type their message in the text box on the web widget. In addition, as they scroll down the list of KB articles on the widget, the list expands to display more articles. Quality
