Overview

This document provides a high-level an overview of the new features and enhancements included in LiveVox U12. For information related to APIto existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox 12 Early Adoption release.

To log in to the LiveVox Voice Portal, follow this procedure:

Logging on to LVP

To log on to LVP:
