    Overview

    This document provides an a high-level overview of the new features and enhancements to existing features of the LiveVox Agent and User Portals in the LiveVox 12 Early Adoption release.

    Some earlier versions of LVP and the Agent Desktop With the introduction of the new version, some older versions of the voice portal and agent desktop are no longer supported in this version.
