Overview

This document provides an a high-level overview of the new features and functionality, and enhancements to existing features included in LiveVox U12. Components/Versions included in this release are ACD 12.0, LVP 12.0, Reporting 12.0, API 12.0. 

For information related to API, related information see the Developer Portal. For updated User Roles and Permissions, see the User Hub.

For this version of the platform to function properly, traffic to and from the following web addresses must be permitted:

Unless stated otherwise, supported browser versions for the LiveVox Voice Portal are:

  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Latest version of Mozilla Firefox 
  • Latest version of Google Chrome
  • Latest version of Microsoft Edge

To log into in to the LiveVox Voice Portal

Navigate

End of Support Announcements

With the introduction of the new version, some older versions of the voice portal and agent desktop are no longer supported:

  • The end of support date for platform version 8 is 9 is February 29, 2020.
  • After August 31, 2019, LiveVox no longer supports version 8.
  • After March 31, 2019, LiveVox no longer supports version 7
  • After October 30, 2018, LiveVox no longer supports versions 5 and 6.
  • As LiveVox continues to develop standard desktop offerings, custom JSP Integrations will no longer be supported in U12. Your custom desktops will need to be converted to the new U-CRM Desktop that, in conjunction with U-Script, will support what previously had been supported through custom integration. 
  • The Agent Registration Microsoft based ".NET" application will no longer be supported in U12. Your custom .NET Agent Registration desktops will need to be converted to the new LiveVox Agent Desktop Native (ADN) application prior to the U12 upgrade.

It is recommended that you Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest LiveVox release. New releases information is available for review in the User Hub. To request an upgrade, contact Client Services team at client-services@livevoxthe LiveVox Customer Care team at customercare@livevox.com.
