Documentation Purpose
This document provides an overview of the features and functionality included in LiveVox U10. Components/Versions included in this release are ACD 10.0, LVP 10.0, Reporting 10.0, API 10.0.
For API, related information please reference the Developer Portal. For updated User Roles and Permissions, please reference User Hub.

With the introduction of the new version, LiveVox would like to announce the end of support date for some older versions of the voice portal and agent desktop: - The end of support date for platform version 8 is August 31, 2019.
- After March 31, 2019, LiveVox no longer supports version 7.
- After October 30, 2018, LiveVox no longer supports versions 5 and 6.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest LiveVox release if they have not yet. New releases information is available for review in the User Hub. To request an upgrade, please contact Client Services team at client-services@livevox.com.

Unless stated otherwise, supported browser versions for the LiveVox Voice Portal are: - Internet Explorer 11
- Latest version of Firefox
- Latest version of Chrome

To log into the LiveVox Voice Portal:
- Navigate to the LiveVox login site using one of the links similar to those below (provided by LiveVox):
- Enter Client Code (provided by LiveVox).
- Enter User Name (Login ID).
- Enter password.
- Click Login.
