pendingAccount Ownership FieldsU9 provides users the ability to assign Agents or Agent Teams to a contact in Contact manager. Users can select a contact and assign Agents or Agent Teams to the selected contact by defining the Ownership Type in the Contact Ownership section and further defining the Agent/Agent Team field. This allows the users to search and create Campaigns based on this assignment. Navigate to Config>Contacts>Contacts>Double Click a Contact>General tab. |
