The CID packages containing only local caller ID numbers may contain up to 300+ phone numbers which are local to the area (depending on geography), or near-local area to the customer which you are dialing. It covers 100+ major areas. The major areas may vary in each package based on what is available to LiveVox from the system from the carriers. There are typically 3 phone numbers assigned for each of the 100+ major areas.

titleInspect/Export Packages

To inspect your packages:

  1. Select a package from the Packages drop down. If blank, you have no packages assigned to your site.
  2. The phone numbers and region information will be displayed under the General tab.
  3. Export these details into CSV file using the Export button in the bottom right and following instructions on the screen.
