titleAdd an Agent Desktop
  1. Click Add in the Agent Desktop window.
  2. Enter the Name of the Agent Desktop.
  3. Enter the Description of the Agent Desktop.
  4. Select Max Conference Parties from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Desktop Mode from the drop-down menu.

  6. Select the Agent Panel + Extended Panel or Agent Panel + Designer option, if needed.

    When you select Agent Panel + Extended Panel option, the Extended tab appears and when you select Agent Panel + Designer option, the Designer tab appears in the Agent Desktop window.

     

  7. Click Save. If successful, a notification message appears.
