If enabled, the Clicker Efficiency Report allows an understanding of which clicker agents are the most efficient for HCI-type services. It provides a report of agents based on the number of clicks and calls launched in an average hour.

  • Contact LiveVox the Customer Care Team team to enable Clicker Efficiency Report.
  • This report may only be generated with a start and end time frame no greater than 31 days. Data can be generated from up to 90 days prior. By default, all times are in UTC.
  • When running the report for the current date, statistics are only updated when the clicker agent changes state (for example, from Ready to Not Ready or Break)
