  • Outcomes can be assigned site-wide by wide by leaving as 'All' or at the individual service by service by selecting from the Service drop Service drop-down.    
  • Custom Outcome 1 vs 2 vs 3 let you have 3 separate outcomes per Result. Which outcome you display on CDRs depends on your selection of Custom_Code 1 vs 2 vs 3 in the Report Writer. 
  • A LV result not shown on your list will use the default LiveVox platform code.

titleAdd a new Reporting Outcome

If you create a new agent termination code (or find an unrecognized automated LV Result) and need to map your system outcomes to reflect the new LV Result, this is the process you will follow.

  1. Selec Add button
  2. Track down the name of the LV result you assigned to the term code from the Result drop down.
  3. Assign your custom outcome to whichever code location your CDR will pull. Consult your specific CDR from the Report Writer to research this.
  4. Select OK then Save to enact the change or Cancel to cancel the changes you made.
