New lists, and any list which that should have a Partitioning Template automatically assigned, can be sent to LiveVox the platform by: - Expand the "ftpIn" folder from under your client name. If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
- Select the Upload File button.
- Browse to your file on your system, hit Open, then the Upload button.
- Your file will appear on the Campaigns editor in the Active directory.

To delete a call result file: - Expand the "ftpOut" folder from under your root directory ("Client name" - Coll/). If your site uses multiple directories here consult your administrator for which to use.
- Navigate to the specific result file you want to download.
- Select the red cross from the Delete column next to your file name and the result file will be removed.
