The Phone Numbers editor allows you to view all LiveVox-owned phone numbers within the LiveVox portal Portal and easily identify, assign, modify, and disassociate any phone numbers from one service to another. This editor compiles all client-assigned phone numbers (Agent Dial-In numbers, Extensions, Agent Direct Lines, Inbound numbers & Caller ID numbers, etc.and so on) in a single view. In addition, this editor supports international phone numbers in E.164 format.

To populate phone numbers within the Phone editor (except for extensions), contact Client Services. You can create extensions when adding or updating agents (Configure>Agents>Agents). |
