Who should I contact to change my Implementation Bundle?

Please reach out to your LiveVox Account Executive or Sales Engineer to change the Implementation Bundle that has been purchased. If you are currently in implementation, please be sure to notify your Implementation Consultant of your desire to change the bundle or add in additional products. The Implementation Team may not begin the implementation of any additional products until all appropriate LiveVox agreements have been signed.


What if I want to add additional products to my bundle but don’t need everything in the next-level bundle?

We can easily add in any additional products to any package. There is an additional fee for each product add-in, so please keep this in mind when weighing the cost of adding products vs upgrading to the next-level package.


What if I don’t have a use case for all the products that are included in the bundle?

The LiveVox Implementation team activates all products that are included in the bundle. This means the product is available for use but does not necessarily have to be used. At any time in the future, if there is additional configuration work that is required to fully implement the unused products, you can reach out to the LiveVox Customer Care team for assistance.
