A)UCITA. The Parties agree that the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (“UCITA”), as assessed by any state, will not apply in any way to this Agreement.
B)Data Retention. LiveVox will store conversational data and associated AI-VA audio files (not call recordings) on a three (3) month rolling basis, after which time, the data will be securely and permanently deleted.
