Each package, if purchased by Customer, will contain approximately 366 numbers per package. If Customer requests changes to the size of such packages, LiveVox may adjust the price of such packages accordingly. Costs for LCID packages do not count toward any minimum Voice Usage requirements

Artificial Intelligence Virtual Agents (“AI-VA”)

AI Virtual Agents rely on data, such as customer and interaction history, to identify patterns and draw conclusions. AI Virtual Agents provide consumers with self-service options and provide Customer with the ability to automate inbound flows. AI Virtual Agents are designed to mimic human Agent interactions. The AI-VA surcharge begins on call connection and ends when the call is terminated, or when the call is transferred to a live Agent. The AI-VA surcharge counts toward Customer’s Voice Usage requirements.
