Local Caller I.D. SurchargePer MinuteAs Stated in Service OrderAn additional surcharge fee for Voice Usage will apply to the use of Local Caller ID for outbound dialing. The per minute surcharge additional $0.0044 applies toward any minimum Voice Usage requirement.
Non-VOIP Connectivity Surcharge for Agent LegPer MinuteAs Stated in Service OrderWhere Customer connects to LiveVox via a non-VOIP connection, a per minute surcharge applies for the Agent Leg calls.
Artificial Intelligence Virtual Agents (“AI-VA”)Per MinuteAs Stated in Service OrderAI Virtual Agents rely on data, such as customer and interaction history, to identify patterns and draw conclusions. AI Virtual Agents provide consumers with self-service options and provide Customer with the ability to automate inbound flows. AI Virtual Agents are designed to mimic human Agent interactions. The AI-VA surcharge begins on call connection and ends when the call is terminated, or when the call is transferred to a live Agent. The AI-VA surcharge counts toward Customer’s Voice Usage requirements.
