To enable SpeechIQ+, your compression rate for all call recordings will be increased to a 64-bit rate. The increased compression rate can result in increased storage charges, as a result of the increased storage space required for 64-bit compression.

There is a minimum time billed for each 30 seconds of an interaction, which means that SpeechIQ+ is billed at 30-second time increments. For example, a 40-second call is billed as 60 seconds, and a 5-second call is billed at 30 seconds.
