The Script tool enables you to build dynamic scripts to guide an agent through various consumer interactions. A LiveVox administrator can configure flow, design questions, forks within scripts and deploy for a set of agents. Additionally, the product can I-Frame third-party platforms and make Application Programming Interface (API) calls to external Web-Enabled Platforms. Script enables you to build and use custom JavaScript code for creating, storing, and executing custom JavaScript functions. Any custom JavaScript is your sole responsibility and LiveVox makes no representation or warranty of any kind related to the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, security, or completeness of any of your custom-built JavaScript code.
