Real-Time Wallboards enable you to configure custom web pages to display a variety of real-time metrics related to contact center operations. Some examples of the metrics are the number of inbound or outbound calls, average speed of answer, number of calls on hold, longest hold time, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence rates. You also have the ability to configure custom alerts for metric values, which are too high and too low. The Real-Time Wallboards feature is accessible through a dedicated user interface.
