The LiveVox Email feature helps you manage customer email interactions within the LiveVox platform efficiently for better digital relationships with your customers.

With Email, you can create and manage email campaigns quickly using the HTML editor and personalize the email experience with custom sender names to better represent your brand. It also allows for real-time monitoring and reporting on email interactions, allowing you to track the performance of agents and adjust as needed. Email, along with U-CRM enables you to respond to incoming email messages through a combination of general and personal lists.

Note: Certain email behavior can result in email deliverability issues or negatively affect the performance of your LiveVox Email services or business reputation. LiveVox monitors the bounce and unsubscribe rates on your email campaigns. A bounced email refers to an email that was rejected by the recipient’s mail server, typically because the recipient’s email address is not valid. Unsubscribe instances refer to emails that result in the recipient unsubscribing from your email program, blocking your email address, or reporting your email as SPAM to the email provider. If more than two (2) percent of email messages result in a bounce or unsubscribe situation, LiveVox reserves the right to suspend your email service.
