LiveVox Call Recording enables you to search, access, and listen to the stored recordings using the LiveVox Portal. LiveVox records agent calls beginning when a call is bridged to an agent until the call ends. Automated messages are not recorded.

  • Compression Rate. The standard compression rate is 16 bit. Your compression rate is automatically increased to 64 bit for Speech Analytics, which can result in higher storage charges than the standard compression rate.
  • Download of Call Recordings. Upon your written request, LiveVox will make your available call recordings (up to the prior fifteen days) available for download using a secure ftp site. The prior fifteen days of call recordings in storage are available for download for no additional fee. Mass download of call recordings older than fifteen days requires LiveVox to regenerate the stored recordings and are therefore subject to LiveVox’s standard professional service fees. Total fees will vary depending on the volume of call recordings requested.
