BusinessPhone services enables you to conduct inbound routing and outbound calling, and use a variety of standard products and features that are embedded in Hosted PBX Services, such as call transfers, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) functionality, collaboration across desktop phones, mobile devices, and web-based phones, local caller ID, local number portability, call history, dial by name directory, voicemail, voicemail to email, Auto Attendant, Ring Groups, call detail reports, call recording, and other features. Additional Hosted PBX Services, such as Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) are available for additional fees.

  • Fax Line – Agents can send or receive a fax using email transmission.
  • Hardware Rent and Hardware Sale – Desktop hard phone leveraging Internet connection to send and receive voice data. 
  • US Telephone Number – Local phone number where the first three digits are the area code, the next three digits denote the prefix for a smaller geographical area and the last four digits represent the local exchange.  Charges may apply for the individual dialing this number.
  • US Toll-Free Number – Telephone number with a distinct three-digit code that can be dialed with no charge to the individual calling the number
  • Managed Services – Services generally created to assist in the management of a device, network, phones, internet services or other items required via a custom request.
  • Wireless Backup Services - Allows an organization to have access to an Internet connection via the use of a wireless cellular connection.
