LiveVox provides a set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for integrating the functionality exposed by the LiveVox platform with third-party applications, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other systems of record used by clients to manage their accounts and calling lists. The APIs can build custom applications that make use of LiveVox functionality, such as custom agent desktops and reporting dashboards. LiveVox provides its APIs through a representational state transfer (REST) interface only.
