A long polling implementation of interaction events. Interaction events are available for 24 hours from the time they are created. Before beginning to use the method backend settings must be configured by LiveVox, these settings start the feed, and any events before this configuration are not available.

Server-Sent events allows you to receive automatic updates from a server over an HTTP connection without having to pull events. A connection can be kept open as long as needed. If there is no event for 120 minutes, the system will close the connection and sends a comment to you. Before beginning to use the method backend settings must be configured by LiveVox, these settings start the feed, and any events before this configuration are not available.
